Dr. Madani-Becker received her Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree and Medical Degree from Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University graduating with Honors, Magna Cum Laude. She completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the West Los Angeles VA, affiliated with UCLA. She then completed her Ophthalmology Residency at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York, where she served as Chief Resident. Following Residency, Dr. Madani-Becker completed a prestigious Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
Dr. Madani-Becker joined Peninsula EyeCare Medical Associates in 2003 and has been a part of the South Bay Community since. Her practice provides comprehensive eye care with specialization in Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Since 1999, Dr. Madani-Becker has performed thousands of advanced cataract surgeries and laser vision corrections. Recognized for clinical excellence, she was selected for inclusion in the Los Angeles Magazine Top Doctors 2026 feature.
She specializes in state-of-the-art bladeless, dropless femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS), LASIK, and refractive surgery. Additionally, she is an expert in premium lens technology, offering advanced multifocal, toric, and monofocal intraocular lens (IOL) implants tailored to each patient's visual needs.
